Well seeing as I am brand new at this, I thought I would at the very least make my first post. I browse through a lot of bloggers especially card makers and crafts that catch my eye, but never thought of doing my "own thing" so here goes.....I was recently pointed in the direction of Pinterest and was wowed by the sites, and very talented people on there. Of course I went into the D.I.Y and craft section as a card maker I wanted to see others creations and was blown away by the techniques, simple and elaborate, the blog sites and of course the craft sites I could join. I joined Stamptv.com and have learned a lot of techniques from them even if I don't have any of the stamps, papers and other items they use, but they did inspire me to use the items I have on hand and I must admit I have entered a few of their challenges. When I figure out how to use the blogger better, I will add their url and a few others to my blog, meantime, this post will have to do. Look forward to sharing some of my creations with you, past and present (I'm creating some wedding invitations for some friends right now).
I made my daughters invitations for her wedding last year with the help of Wiltonprint.com and also made her wedding cake and card box, decorations for the tables and several other things, will post photos later. Don't be too judgemental with me as it was my first time doing any of those things, but the big day was fantastic and everything looked wonderful. Right, this is all for now as I have to start looking on my pc for things to show you.
